چکیده
Based on the opportunities of ibuprofen administration innovation and challenges associated with construction transdermal drug delivery systems using medicated nanoparticles electrospun nanofiber membranes, we developed a system comprising ibuprofen-loaded ZnO nanoparticles/polyacrylonitrile membranes (ZnO-ibuprofen/PAN), which was dual-stimulus responsive, wherein both pH temperature triggered release. ZnO-ibuprofen high loading capacity (17.7%) were prepared at room by one-step method involving 4,4′-((4-(4H-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl) phenyl) azanediyl)dibenzoic acid, Zn(NO3)2·6H2O, ibuprofen, following electrospinning conducted to generate ZnO-ibuprofen/PAN nanofibers. The release behavior in normal (pH = 7.4, 37 °C) inflammatory 6.5, 42 tissue environment exhibited increased rate higher ambient temperatures decreased 24 h cumulative fibers through porcine skin under conditions reached 71.35% ± 2.96% after h, thereby demonstrating their favorable permeation behavior. cytotoxicity assays revealed that nanofibers possessed excellent biocompatibility. Thus, dual stimulus-responsive can be an effective carrier.

متن کاملDevelopment and Evaluation of Amoxicillin Loaded Carbopol 934P Mucoadhesive Microcapsules for Sustained Drug Release for H. pylori Treatment
Amoxicillin (α-amino-p-hydroxybenzyl-penicillin) is a semi-synthetic, orally absorbed and widely prescribed β-lactam antibiotic. It is now widely used for eradication of gastric Helicobacter pylori infection combined with a second antibiotic and an acid‐suppressing agent despite its short elimination half-life of one hour. The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate amoxicillin loaded...

متن کاملCoaxial Electrospray of Curcumin-Loaded Microparticles for Sustained Drug Release
Curcumin exhibits superior anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and analgesic activities without significant side effects. However, clinical dissemination of this natural medicine is limited by its low solubility and poor bio-availability. To overcome this limitation, we propose to encapsulate curcumin in poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) microparticles (MPs) by an improved coaxial electrospray (CE...
